Customer Support Website
Pathfire maintains a support website for users of our Digital Media Gateway (DMG) to access material from Pathfire and the DMG content providers. Content includes: software alerts, documentation, FAQs and information about new content.

  • Access to the support site is available only to Pathfire customers and is password protected. The website can be found at http://support.pathfire.com.

  • Customers may request a password by sending an email with your name and station call letters to passwords@pathfire.com.
