Pathfire Announces that Joe Conboy has joined the Company as General Manager of Pathfire Direct

ATLANTA, GA, October 5, 2005 - Pathfire, the leading provider of digital media content distribution and management services for the broadcast, media and entertainment industries, announced today that Joe Conboy has joined the company as the General Manager of Pathfire Direct. Conboy will lead business development and sales activities for the new Pathfire Direct product line.

Conboy joins Pathfire from Sidereus Technologies, where he served as Vice President of Business Development for the PowerCast Suite of brand extension products focused on the broadcast television market. Prior to joining Sidereus, Joe was the Vice President of Business Development, New Media at The Weather Channel where he was focused on VOD, ITV and broadband.
