of more than 1,300 broadcast stations nationwide,

Top 100 markets, Media DVX is now strongly positioned
as the industry's premier wholesale electronic

Under the terms of the agreement,
Media DVX and Pathfire will combine their existing
station server footprints. Through the partnership,
Media DVX provides its customers with access
to more than 99% of the broadcast television
stations in the United States . The network's
reach is larger than any existing electronic
ad delivery service, giving Media DVX a significant
competitive advantage in the ad delivery space.
Media DVX will be the only electronic ad delivery
company utilizing the network. Media DVX and
Pathfire will employ a seamless integration
process to ensure ease of use and provide customers
with a consistent interface and usage experience.
